Cleaning valve ball precautions

Before each cleaning, the work area should be covered with a non-particle plastic film, air tightness valve test equipment should use clean, dry nitrogen. Note that the solvent of choice may clear the paint and the falling paint may also contaminate the cleaning solution. Clean the valve ball operation workshop and the conventional valve ball production area separated to prevent pollution. Use detergent tank, pure water flush tank and hot air or nitrogen to clean the valve ball.

Cleaners should use very pure 1,1,1-trichlorethylene (TCE), or the detection of the same cleaning agent. All cleaning agents do not contain boron and phosphorus.
